A Dwarf cannot impregnate an Elf or vice versa.

Plus they hate each other and they’re like different species.

Absolutely no evidence to back up my view but I always thought of it as a Male Elf could impregnate a she-dwarf but a male dwarf couldn’t impregnate a she-elf..
